- He wants to offer a program for foreigners and their partners living in Prague, he realizes not many of them speak Czech. And how lonely it gets. (He himself was a foreigner in a country whose language he  did not understand for a long time.)
- He has already  done 5 semesters in Czech, he wants to try something new again and to discuss his new conception with the whole world, not just with the Bohemians.
 - The whole idea has had an incredibly surprising success and touchingly positive feedback so far .
